Gracie Inacay spent over 30 years watching the same pattern repeat itself across professional organizations. Talented companies would hit a wall when they needed specialized HR expertise but couldn’t justify hiring full-time specialists for every challenge.
The market offered two unsatisfying choices – hire generalists who lacked depth in critical areas, or work with individual consultants who operated in isolation. Neither option addressed what growing organizations actually needed, which was coordinated expertise that could tackle complex, interconnected HR challenges.

In 2020, Gracie founded HRC Advanced with a different vision. Instead of adding another consulting firm to an overcrowded market, she built a carefully curated network of HR specialists who could work together seamlessly.
